我叫 Amy Niu（钮子珈）。我从小在上海瑞金二路老弄堂长大，10 岁出版个人诗集《小时光》。赴英国切尔滕纳姆女子学院（Cheltenham Ladies’ College）求学后，我更深地沉醉于英文诗歌的情绪治愈力量。 My name is Amy Niu. I grew up in the old lanes of Ruijin Erlu, Shanghai, and published my first poetry collection, Hour of Light, at age ten. Studying at Cheltenham Ladies’ College in the UK, I fell deeper into the emotional healing power of English verse.
寄宿期间，我与独居监护奶奶朝夕相伴。她常年依靠诵读英文诗歌消解孤寂；而我身处异国，学业与思乡的焦虑，也总能被诗歌温柔抚平。与此同时，在上海，我常年陪伴外公外婆，亲眼看见邻里长者独居的落寞。中英两地老人相似的精神困境，让我确信：诗歌可以成为连接中英、连接老幼的桥梁。 While boarding, I lived with my guardian grandmother. She eased solitude through English poetry; my own homesickness and academic pressure softened under the same lines. Back in Shanghai, living alongside my grandparents, I saw the quiet loneliness of elders in the neighborhood. The same spiritual ache on both shores convinced me: poetry can bridge China and the UK—and bridge generations.
我立志以青少年身份成为中英民间文化交流大使，联合同龄伙伴搭建双向文字桥梁：长者分享岁月阅历，少年带来全新视角，中英青少年以双语交流大使身份搭建跨国诗歌通路——三方互相倾听，彼此滋养。 I set out as a young China–UK cultural ambassador, building a two-way literary bridge with peers: elders share lived wisdom, youth bring fresh vision, and bilingual student ambassadors open a transnational poetry channel—three sides listening, three sides nourished.
数字社交全面普及后，孤独成为不分年龄、国籍的通用情绪。传统公益多聚焦单向帮扶，我们面向全年龄段开放，用低门槛诗歌承载所有人的情感倾诉。 In a fully digitized social world, solitude is no longer age- or nation-bound. While traditional charity often works one-way, we open to every generation—using accessible poetry as a vessel for feeling.
长期局限同龄社交圈，AI 虚拟陪伴缺少温度。他们渴望线下倾听，以及新鲜的跨圈层交流——真人的声音，胜过算法的安慰。 Confined to peer-only circles, elders find AI companionship cold. They long for offline listening and cross-circle exchange—a human voice over algorithmic comfort.
长期沉浸线上碎片化社交，缺失线下深度沟通与文字表达能力，内心空虚普遍存在。诗歌训练的，正是被稀释的共情与书写。 Immersed in fragmented online life, youth lose offline depth and written expression. Poetry restores the empathy and craft that screens dilute.
受地理隔绝限制，缺少跨年龄、跨国界的真实情感对话渠道，人际疏离感突出。我们用诗文互译，让山海不再成为心的边界。 Geography limits real cross-age, cross-border dialogue. Through mutual translation of verse, distance no longer has to be emotional exile.
调研覆盖瑞金二路 60 岁以上独居长者、辖区中小学生与社区青年，以及英国独居长者、本土青年与基层工作人员；并结合日本厚生劳动省「幼老共融」老龄研究作为权威参照。 Research covered seniors living alone on Ruijin Erlu Street, local students and community youth, plus UK elders, young adults, and frontline staff—framed by Japan’s intergenerational research.
核心结论：AI 陪伴存在巨大人文缺口；全世代共情渠道普遍缺失；跨龄互动可实现双向治愈——少年缓解长者消沉，长者教会少年共情与包容。 Key finding: AI leaves a human gap; intergenerational channels are scarce; cross-age exchange heals both ways.
